By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bs99 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports betting markets, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bs99 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

bs99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on bs99. Duplicate account registration — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified bs99 of a security breach.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bs99 support immediately at [email protected]. bs99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

All financial transactions on bs99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bs99 does not accept cash transactions, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes. bs99 does not charge a platform-side deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: bs99 operates a mandatory KYC process. Withdrawals above a specified threshold — or where the Platform's risk controls are triggered — will require submission of identity verification documents before processing. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal holds until documentation is received and approved.

All bets placed on bs99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. The following general betting rules apply across all markets unless otherwise specified:

• A bet is deemed accepted and binding only once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets that have not received a confirmation number are not considered accepted, regardless of whether they appear temporarily in a bet slip.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each market at the time of placement. bs99 reserves the right to amend betting limits at any time without prior notice.

• Live in-play bets may be subject to a brief suspension period when significant match events occur. Bets submitted during a suspension window will be rejected and stakes returned.
• Winnings are credited to the account balance as soon as the relevant market is settled. Settlement times will vary depending on the event and the time required for official results to be confirmed.

bs99 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet where the integrity of a market is in question, including where match-fixing or other forms of sporting corruption are suspected.

bs99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be specified in the promotional terms attached to each offer.
• Each player may claim a welcome bonus only once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the minimum total bet value that must be completed before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be converted to withdrawable funds. • Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false, borrowed, or synthetic identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or access platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or mispricings in a deliberate and systematic manner to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of wagering specifically designed to exploit bonus structures rather than for genuine gaming entertainment.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to influence the outcome of a game or bet.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the bs99 platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, using a VPN or other technical means to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bs99 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

All content on the bs99 platform — including but not limited to the bs99 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, written content, odds data, statistical compilations, software code, and database structures — is the intellectual property of bs99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bs99 platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of bs99.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is governed by their licensing arrangements with bs99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bs99 shall not be liable to any player for:

bs99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and network connections are secure.

bs99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further bets will be accepted until the period resets.

On closure of an account, any verified and withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, less any amounts subject to legitimate withholding (such as bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements or funds under fraud investigation).

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or any transaction conducted on the bs99 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having authority over the matter.

bs99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before litigation is initiated. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Material changes — including changes that affect player rights, payment terms, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered account holders via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information) may be implemented without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document will reflect the date on which any change was applied.
